Arpita is a Certified Yoga Instructor who leads with patience and warmth. She designs every Evening Flow Yoga class to meet the room where it is - slowing down on harder days, opening more space on easier ones. Whether you've never rolled out a mat or you've practiced for years, you'll feel at home.
❓ Questions
Yes. Evening Flow is beginner-friendly. Arpita walks through every pose, names each shape, and shows you the easier and the deeper versions so you can choose what fits your body that night. Many students start here with zero yoga background.
It's a slow flow - you link a few poses together with your breath, but you're not bouncing through dozens of poses a minute. The pace lets your nervous system actually settle. Think "gentle stretch, longer hold" rather than power yoga.
Comfortable, stretchy clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle. Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are all provided - just show up.
This particular class isn't designed for pregnancy. We run a dedicated Prenatal Yoga class on Monday evenings before this one (5:00 PM) - that's the one you want. It's tailored for every trimester.
Come 5-10 minutes early to settle in, grab your props and roll out your mat. Class starts at 6:15 PM sharp so we can finish on time at 7:00 PM.
Series spots are reserved for the full month, but no problem if you miss a week - just join us the next Monday. If you miss multiple weeks, please reach out and we'll work something out.
Yes - $25 + HST per single session when space allows. Drop-ins are subject to availability since series students get priority. Contact us the day before to confirm space.
Evening Flow Yoga is a wellness class, not a clinical treatment, so it's not typically billable through standard extended health plans. Some employer wellness or family benefits programs may reimburse - check with your provider. For insurance-eligible appointments, see our Therapeutic Massage.
