How quickly is the gift card delivered?
Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through on JaneApp, you'll receive an email receipt that includes the gift card code. You then forward that email to your recipient, whenever you want (right now, the morning of their birthday, or any time in between).
Does the gift card expire?
No. Your Dolphin Dive gift card has no expiration date. Recipients can redeem whenever they're ready, whether that's next week or eighteen months from now after baby number two arrives.
Can the recipient choose which service to use it for?
Yes, always. Gift cards are redeemable across every service we offer: baby hydrotherapy, infant massage, prenatal and postnatal massage, therapeutic massage, and classes. They simply book through our normal online scheduler and apply the card at checkout.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes, and this is actually one of the nicest parts of how we do it. When you forward the email to your recipient, you write the message yourself, in your own words. No character limit, no canned template, no auto-send timing. You can attach a photo, reference an inside joke, or write a full paragraph. That's what makes it feel like a real gift.
Is it digital or can I print it?
Digital by default and delivered by email for instant gifting. You're welcome to print the email or tuck a printout into a card if you'd like a physical element. All redemption happens through the unique code, so the format doesn't change how it works.
Can I buy one amount and have my friends or family pitch in together?
