You don't pay for the full package up front. When you confirm a package, sessions are billed per visit at the discounted package rate. This way you only pay as you go.

Yes. All massage sessions are performed by Registered Massage Therapists and are eligible for coverage under most extended health plans. We provide a receipt with the therapist's RMT registration number after each session, which you can submit directly to your insurer.
No. Packages are tied to one patient's name and aren't transferable. This is so each session is recorded under the correct file for insurance receipts and clinical records.
If you'd like to give the gift of a session to someone else, please use a gift card instead — gift cards can be applied to any service by any client.
Dolphin Dive Mom Club is a monthly membership with unlimited classes, 20% off baby hydrotherapy, 10% off RMT massage, priority booking, and access to the play area. Best if you'll visit weekly or more.
Wellness packages are pre-purchased sessions of one specific service at a discounted per-session rate. Best if you know which service you'll use repeatedly.
You can use both — Mom Club discounts don't stack on top of package pricing, but you can mix and match across services.
We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be deducted from your package. Life happens — please reach out if you have a special situation.
Yes. Gift cards are the easiest way to give the gift of a session, package, or Mom Club month. They're delivered by email instantly and can be applied to any service.
Yes. If you start with a 3-Pack and decide you'd like a 6-Pack or 12-Pack instead, contact us and we'll credit your remaining sessions toward the upgrade.
The first-month intro offer is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — there's no long-term commitment. Your membership ends at the close of your current billing cycle when you cancel.
Prices shown are before HST. HST is added at checkout. Insurance receipts include HST so it's reimbursable through your extended health plan if your plan covers it.
Package sessions are paid per visit — no large payment required upfront to get started.
