Yes. Just let your therapist know at your intake and they’ll adjust pressure and technique — from gentle relaxation to firm deep tissue work.

We provide insurance receipts for every session and offer direct billing to most major insurers. Bring your insurance details to your first visit.
How long are your sessions and what do they cost?
We offer 30 minutes (CA$75), 45 minutes (CA$95), 60 minutes (CA$110), and 90 minutes (CA$160). Longer sessions allow more full-body work.
