What ages can come for a massage?

We welcome little ones from 1 month to 12 years. Techniques are adapted to each stage, from gentle strokes for young babies to age-appropriate massage for toddlers and school-age kids.

Can massage help with gas, colic, or sleep?

Many parents book massage for exactly these reasons. Gentle tummy and full-body techniques may help ease gas and colic-related discomfort and support more settled sleep. Every baby is different, and our Registered Massage Therapists will show you what they are doing so you can continue the soothing strokes at home.

Do I stay with my child during the session?

Always. You stay right beside your little one throughout the session. Many parents use the time to learn, ask questions, and enjoy watching their baby relax.

What if my baby cries or needs to feed?

Completely normal, and never a problem. Sessions are baby-led, so we pause for feeds, cuddles, or diaper changes whenever needed and pick up gently where we left off.

What oils do you use?

We use gentle, organic oils suitable for delicate baby skin. If your child has allergies or skin sensitivities, let us know at booking and we will adapt.

What should I bring?

Just your usual diaper bag essentials. We provide towels, organic oils, and everything else needed for a comfortable session.

How is this different from the Baby Massage Class?

In this session, a Registered Massage Therapist performs the massage on your child one-on-one. In the Baby Massage Class, you learn the techniques yourself in a small group and practice on your own baby. Many families love doing both.
