Two Kinds of Care in One Visit
Treat · Float · Settle
Pair a hands-on session with a warm-water float in a single appointment. Choose massage, osteopathy, or physiotherapy for your little one, then time in the float tub. One trip, one nap schedule, two therapies.
Massage, osteopathy, and physiotherapy can each be paired with a baby float. Book any of them through Jane in a few clicks.
One visit, not two
Getting a baby out of the house is the hard part. A combo does two things in one trip, around one nap
Less than booking apart
Every combo costs less than the same two sessions booked separately, because the float is discounted when paired
Clean receipts
The treatment and the float are receipted separately, so your insurance claim only ever shows the treatment
We welcome families from across London, Ontario, including Byron, Westmount, Wortley Village, Hyde Park, Masonville, and Lambeth, along with St. Thomas, Strathroy, Dorchester, Komoka, Ilderton, Lucan, and Mount Brydges.
🗓️ How a Combo Works
Every combo is one booking and one arrival, with two members of our team caring for your little one.
- Arrive once. Come five to ten minutes early so there is no rush getting settled.
- The hands-on session first. Your child sees the Registered Massage Therapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, or Registered Physiotherapist, depending on the combo you booked.
- Then the float. Thirty minutes in warm, purified water with our baby float guide, while you stay right beside them.
- Home settled. Many babies drift toward sleep during or shortly after the float.
The one exception is the massage combo, where the float comes first. Infant massage uses organic oils, so the tub goes before the oil rather than after.
🎒 How to Prepare for Your Visit
A little planning makes a big difference with a baby. Here is everything worth knowing before you arrive.
⏰ Timing is the one thing worth getting right
Feed your baby 30 to 45 minutes before your session. A hungry baby will not settle in the water, and a baby fed right before arriving may be uncomfortable during the float. That half-hour window is the sweet spot.
Book around your baby's nap, not against it. The best sessions happen when your little one is awake, fed, and content. A well-rested baby engages more and cries less.
Allow for the whole visit. Most combos run 60 minutes and the physiotherapy initial combo runs 75. Please plan for the full time rather than just the treatment portion.

🌊 Frequently Asked Questions
Click any question to expand the answer.
What is a baby combo session?
A combo is one appointment that includes two things: a hands-on session with one of our practitioners, and 30 minutes in our warm-water float tub. You book once and arrive once. Two members of our team care for your little one during the visit.
How long does a combo take?
Most combos run 60 minutes in total. The physiotherapy initial combo runs 75 minutes, because the first physiotherapy assessment is 45 minutes rather than 30. Each session page and your confirmation email states the full time, so please plan for the whole visit rather than just the treatment.
When should I feed my baby before a session?
About 30 to 45 minutes before your appointment. A hungry baby will not settle in the water, and a baby fed immediately beforehand may be uncomfortable during the float. If your timing slips, that is completely fine. Feeds and cuddle breaks are welcome at any point during the visit.
What should we bring?
A swim diaper, a swim costume if your baby wears one, and a spare outfit to go home in. Your baby's favourite towel is optional but often comforting, and a favourite toy helps during physiotherapy sessions. Dress your baby in easy-to-remove clothing, and wear something comfortable yourself, since you will be beside the tub. We provide the float equipment, the sanitized tub, towels, and the massage oils.
Which comes first, the treatment or the float?
For osteopathy and physiotherapy, the hands-on session comes first, so your baby is alert for it, and the float sends them home settled. The massage combo is the exception and runs float first, because infant massage uses organic oils and we do not put oil into the tub.
Is a combo covered by insurance?
The treatment portion is. Massage is performed by Registered Massage Therapists, physiotherapy by Registered Physiotherapists, and osteopathy by an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, all of which many extended health plans cover. The float is a wellness service and is not insurance-eligible. We receipt the two separately, so your claim only ever shows the treatment. Check your individual plan for details.
What if my baby cries or does not settle?
That is normal and we plan for it. Some babies take a minute to adjust to the water, and every session is paced to your baby's cues rather than to the clock. Feeds and cuddle breaks are always welcome, and if your little one has had enough we stop. Nothing is ever forced.
Can we book a combo for a first visit?
Yes for massage and osteopathy. Physiotherapy has its own initial combo that includes the full 45-minute first assessment. The follow-up combos are for returning clients who have already completed an initial assessment in that service.
What ages are combos for?
Combos are available for babies and toddlers from 1 month to 3 years. That upper limit comes from the float; massage, osteopathy, and physiotherapy on their own are available for older children too.
Should we still come if my baby is unwell?
Please reschedule if your little one has a fever, is generally unwell, or has an open skin condition or infection. Just let us know and we will find another time. The same goes for you, since you will be close to your baby and to our team throughout.
Can I stay with my baby?
Yes, and for the hands-on portion we ask that you do. A parent or legal guardian stays beside their child throughout osteopathy and physiotherapy sessions, and you are right there at the tubside during the float.
