No special prep needed
Younger babies usually stay nice and still. Come fed, cozy and ready for cuddles, and we'll take it at baby's pace.

Older babies are busy movers, so casting works best while they're asleep. Book a time that lines up with a usual nap, and bring a stroller or carrier.

Frequently asked questions
Is casting safe for my baby?
Yes. MiniMe Forever Casting uses safe, non-toxic, baby-friendly materials. The mould is soft and gentle, and nothing is ever forced. We go at your baby's pace.
What age is best?
Any age from newborn to 12 months works well. Babies up to 6 months need no special prep. For babies 7 months and older, casting is best done while baby is asleep, so try to book around a nap.
What if my baby won't stay still?
That's very normal. We use toys, cuddles and gentle hand support to help, and your 60-minute appointment leaves time for feeds and breaks. If a full cast isn't working, we'll talk through options with you on the day.
When will my frame be ready?
Each piece is finished by hand, so frames are typically ready in 10 to 12 weeks. We'll let you know as soon as yours is ready.
How do I choose a frame?
After you book, we'll send you the frame styles available so you can pick your favourite before casting day.
