You don’t have to do this alone

So much is changing. Let’s slow down, together.

The transition to parenthood can bring joy and connection, as well as overwhelm, uncertainty and unexpected challenges. It can be hard to know where to start when so much is changing.

Psychotherapy offers a calm, supportive space to talk about your experiences, both joyful and challenging, and to find practical ways forward toward your goals.

Elizabeth Pungitore

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Elizabeth offers a space of tranquility and genuine connection where you can slow down, reflect and explore what might be going on beneath the surface. She has an extensive background in healthcare leadership and has researched burnout.

She is also a working mom of three, so she understands the weight of caring for others while trying to hold everything, including yourself, together. Many of our families already know her from Shine Bright, her summer program for young children at Dolphin Dive.

Elizabeth works in partnership with The Counselling House, under the clinical supervision of Dr. Laurie Ponsford-Hill.
